Harmony Dental is always accepting new patients. Our policy requires a new patient to fill out a patient registration form and a health history. These forms must be filled out in full before we can schedule an appointment. Once we receive them, someone from the office will phone you to set up an appointment.
While we are out-of-network with insurances, we would be honored to care for you as a patient. We accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA, and CareCredit, and payment is due at time of service. Our office will bill the insurance company, and they will reimburse you directly at your plan’s reimbursement rate.
