Harmony Dental is always accepting new patients. Our policy requires a new patient to fill out a patient registration form and a health history. These forms must be filled out in full before we can schedule an appointment. Once we receive them, someone from the office will phone you to set up an appointment.

We currently only accept Delta Dental PPO and Cigna PPO insurance plans, and we do not accept any adult Medicaid plans.
